Well the first week total loss was 10lbs. Yay me!!!
Last week has been a battle. I have maintained, loss, and gained. I am holding steady with a 10lb loss. This weekend I ate all the things I shouldn't of and do I feel bad nope. I was feeling worse last week when I lost no weight. So I stopped taking the drops and just ate normal but stayed within the 500 cals. I also have my monthly friend so that is not helping.
So today I started the drops again and we will see what the rest of this week brings. I just need to see the scale dip below 164lbs and I think that will help me a ton. So depressing to not see the scale move when you are doing all the right things.
