Morning Weight 162.8
Ok I seriously have no clue what day or week I am at in this whole thing. Boo for not keeping track. I think I might look at the calendar to try and figure it out. I know that I am losing weight again. Yay me!!!
I have modified the diet just a bit and it seems to be working for me. I have been eating Market Day chicken patties that are breaded (big no no), I have had some ice cream (another no no), and other things. Now mind you am not eating these things every day but in moderation and as a treat. The patties are once a day bc I need the chicken and I am kinda over grilled and baked chicken. Too easy to get tired of food easily.
So that's where I am at and I have about two more weeks and then I am off on a vacation where I am going to eat right and work out on days that I might have splurged a bit. Then it's back on the diet unless I decided to take another week off. I think a week will be good but then again I do have a bday party with yummy food after that vacation. I guess I just need to see where I am at in the next 2-3 weeks before I make that decision.
Hopefully I can keep blogging about this diet till I am done.
