Morning Weight 159.2
 
Yay for a little weight lost and back to tracking on the site. Hoping for a good day since I felt sick yesterday. The bad snack I had is not resting well in my tummy. :-( So small smarter eats today. I did get in 4 glasses of water. 



According to MyFitnessPal I will be 144.1 in 5 weeks

Back on the wagon

It's me again. I am back for diet number two. So I managed to gain 10lbs back. Not too bad seeing as I really didn't watch what I ate, went on vacation, and the holidays just passed. So my current weigh in is this morning was 164.6. Not horrible but my size 12's are a bit tight these days. But I can still fir in them and that is major to me even though I am 10lbs heaver than a couple of months ago.

So lets talk about today. I am sorta hungry but I think it is a mind thing because my tummy is not grumbling or hurting for food. If I can just get past tonight I will be good tomorrow. I have already drank 4 cups of water and before the night is over I will be at 8 cups. So yay me!!! I had a salad for lunch with fat free ranch (yuck!) and some salad toppings. I am doing things by the book this time around? Nope. I can't seem to eat that much chicken and every time I ate real food I lost weight. So dinner will be a slim-fast drink and then an apple and pb for snack. I am curious if my HCG is still good since it has been sitting for a few months. That pretty much sums up today so far.

So I might not write every day because let's face it I stink at blogging but I want to be better. So maybe I can manage to write twice a week. :-)
